Just recieved the MUSTANG door sill plate decals, from bob white decals,

anybody have any Install tips they can pass along other then the supplied

info that came with the decals.

so far I have picked up...keep your fingers wet with soapy water so they dont stick to your hands.

Also it helps to get a spray bottle with a drop or two of dishsoap in it. Spray the door sill before applying the decals. This will allow you to slide them slightly so they are exactly in the spot you want. Then when you press them down the excess water will squeze out. This sure help on my install.

I cleaned the door sill with alcohol first but aside from that did exactly as you did Duckman and they came out great.

 

I bought a cheap set and they actually went on better dry, but that was because they weren't a perfect fit.

 

I clean the door sills and soaked the letters inthe soapy water. This is such an easy install!
