Crossroads in Cary got their first 05, and stuck in the showroom, appearently not even orderred, but more of a teaser. I sat in it, very comfy, and I like the shifter much more than my 04s stock shifter. But they unhooked the battery...couldnt hear the radio, move the seats, nothin...dissapointed in that. I'm starting to agree with that. I've been on pins and needles since last Monday. Dealer said eta was week of 10/14, which could have meant anytime between Monday to Saturday. Those 6 days were harding on me than from May 25th until September 9.
So, I drive by my dealer on my way to work (They get deliveries 10pm So, it'd be there at 8am). If it's there I'll call in sick to work. If, not I go on until tomorrow.

Deryn-Your ETA week has not expired yet. Don't count it out.

My dealer told me the same thing, that I could expect delivery 10/14 which meant anywhere from Last Monday till Today.
Thats why I ask the question that started this thread, this would give us some idea how accurate Ford was when making up the ETA.

My dealership told me that they expected my car sometime during the week of Oct 13, meaning sometime between then and Oct 20. They were not able to be more specific.
It came in Oct 16, so they were right.
