That Is the JLT CAI. it uses plastic tubing instead of steel or aluminum and has been pushing some great Hp numbers from what I've read. (and they will paint it to match your car!)

Yes it has the plate because 5.0 Magazine did an article on the car. It will be out in a couple of months.
