Strange sounds from the front end- NOT the CLUNK

I'm going to try and explain this as best I can. I am getting a crunching sound when i turn at slow speeds over uneven surfaces, like my driveway. Or when I'm backing out of a parking spot and I turn the wheel. It's not a massive sound but something is not right. I did the usual checks. I checked the outer tie rod ends, wheel bearings, LCA. Nothing seems loose. The only thing that was odd was the boot for the passenger side tie rod was kinda up on one end. At first I thought it was ripped but this was not the case, it just snapped back into place.Anyone have a guess or can point me in the right direction? Like would it be better to disconnect something like the tie rod end to check it? Would any part of the sway bar make this kind of noise?

Maybe your tire is rubbing?

I know the issue seems more complicated than this, but doesn't hurt to check this.Make sure your plastic guards inside the wheel well are tight and in place. Mine was doing a crunch and pop because a couple of the clips fell out and it was sagging. Therefore catching on the tire when I turned at slow speeds.

No rubbing, and I can kinda feel it in the steering wheel.

Welp I was changing the brakes and found that the front wheel bearing was shot. I couldn't tell from wiggling the wheel but when I spun the bearing it was loud.
