there's a small dimple on the roof (pass side) - only visable under certian light and a slight indent on the pass. side of the rear bumper - both from day one.

you really gotta look for them. I know they're there but the average person won't notice them. good enough for me, nothing that can't be distracted with a nice wax job.

Just to pile on, I have the same "ripple" on the driver's side. I looked at it for a long time before deciding it had to be a manufacturing (stamping) artifact.

I've got a couple of quality-type of issues, but the body isn't one of them - it's pretty close to perfect. No ripples or dents. One or two little dust spots in the paint - invisible to anyone but me.

I have what looks like little flecks of metal here and there in the paint, but the body looks straight as far as I can tell. But since so many others have it must be a factory problem.

I wonder what the oldest build date is for cars with the dents? Mines has a december 04 build date no dent's but has metal in the paint (common for the older 05's). Could be they changed the way the body pannels are handled causing the indentations?

Same here (on both sides actually). Haven't bothered getting them fixed yet.
