The norm is about 4 weeks from your order being placed but there are many factors which can change your order being pulled ,dealer allocation (how may allowed in a month and orders),parts ,priority number. All these things play a part in to this in getting your vin no.
I would check with your dealer after the AAI plant shut down in january. Friday is the best day as they will have a printout from ford .
Once he says he has this get a print out (copy)of your D.O.R.A.with vin no.It will also have all the options you ordered on this sheet and you can check to see that it is correct and has all the proper body code numbers with options for your mustang.

Found our from ford that the reason for no vin is that when I deleted IUP from my order 11/26 my time started all over again. Another dang 10 weeks now

Make sure the interior is Dark Charcoal if you want it as close to black as possible. Black isn't an option this year. Yours should get built quickly because of no IUP and only one option over the Premium, the wheels.
Good Luck
