Sounds like engine knock?
I have this 2006 mustang gt with 165k miles ever since I got the car it had a little knock? It’s weird because it’s so little you can only hear it if you really try. Well recently I drove it to school and when I was coming to park if it started shaking and the knock was so loud. I turned it off then back on and it was gone it’s done it only when I come to a stop I did record it, can you guys help? Thank you!

FIrst Thing I would Do is a Good Oil Change with Motorcraft 5w20 Synthetic Blend and a Motorcraft Filter!
