Should I get it repainted or live with it???
Thanks guys, I'm feeling a lot better they will be able to match it now. I just hope the metal flake sprays evenly. The good news is that it is on the lower half of the car so it is not in a super noticable area. It's the flat area behind the front tire. I would say they could blend it from the horizontal crease (that runs the length of the car) in the fender just above it. The Paintless dent guys got the dent 90% out so there should be minimal filler used. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
On the good side, my dealer is really being awsome about this whole thing. The truth is that I actually pulled off the lot before I saw the dent. Right there they could have said "screw you". Insted they said the would have the paintless dent guys try to fix it. Once that did not work he said he wants to make me happy. He truly means it. Now he is going to redo it at the body shop AND supply me with a car while my car is being worked on. Because of this I would totally go back to this dealer to buy another car.
This is probably what you would expect anyway (complete free redo and free transportation). However, it seems in this day and age, unless your driving a BMW you have to fight to get great service like this.

I believe the census here is to have them repaint the entire panel, that's what I would do personally. As new as the car is, it can be repainted easily. And it shouldnt crack, because of the location of a panel. My truck was repainted about 10 years ago, and the previous owner (my father) really didnt take as good care of the paint, i.e. waxing it, as he probably should have, its just now cracking at a point on the roof where there will naturally be alot of stress.
I would avoid painting the whole panel because when you trade it a good appraiser would easily find the tape lines and inconsistent edges in the corners and call your car damaged. Spot repairs also tend to be concentrated in an area that is fully prepped. A lot of times full panel paint repairs have some nooks and crannies that they didn't do extensive prep or have contaminates like silicone and then peel.
I would get them to redo it. My question is why did you have to fill it up.....It should be full when you take delivery. Are these dealers that hard up for a few dollars that they wont even fill the tank on a new car WTF??

Insted of giving it to you filled up, they gave me a voucher for $30 to bring back after fillup. I guess since a full tank costs $50 now, it must be killing them.
Yep, I finally got it back on Friday! I am sooo glad I took everyones advice and got it redone. It turned out to be a pretty big ordeal after all.
It turns out that the paintless dent guys majorly effed everything up. Not only did they not get the dent out, but to try and match the fender and the door, they painted the whole bottom of the door. The dent was on the fender in front of the door. when they got done with the door, the clearcoat went from shiny to dull then shiny again. the dent was off in color and just a bad job overall. Then to top it all off they got all kinf of oversprat in the door jamb.
So to fix everything the paintless dent guys did, the bodyshop guys repainted the entire drivers side door and front fender. when I heard this my heart sunk. What was going to be a quick small job ended up being a repaint of the whole side of the car. I was very concerned that there was no way it would look perfect.
The good news is that it turned out about 98% perfect! I am so relieved! Thhe texture, color, metal flake and everything are just about perfect. I took it out in the sun and checked it out. It took me a good 5-10 minutes before I found any proof it was painted. This is good enough for me!
