Well, I took the car to a Ford shop and got some good news. They said they most likely won't have to replace the roof. The Paintless Dent Repair guy said he thinks my roof can be straightened. The price may be slightly cheaper, but not by much because he counted up all the dents plus they have to drop the headliner and trim. But it'll save the body structure and paint.

I decided to let them do it. Its getting a lot of PDR but they are still going to replace the hood. I don't mind that too much. Its still over $5000 of hail repair though. I just hope I get a good paint match & blend on the fenders. They can do it around the first of June - they're still backed up from all the hail damage here.
