If a dealer is SVT certified it will be easy to determine. They will have SVT info and products, IE. Cobras, Lightnings and SVT Focus. There are other certifications like Blue Oval, Presidents Award, and now even Hybrid Escape which a dealer can provide proof of if asked.

Although our sales certification package and tests for the Hybrid is not available untill the first week of June. I dont think that has too much to do with it, I think volume does. We get a lot of perks here on hard to get vehicles, like 5 mystichromes and 2 GT's confirmed, we expect 3.
