Roush GT500 supercharger

So now that Roush makes a supercharger upgrade for the GT500. I was wondering why it's $100 less than their standard GT supercharger while making 5 less hp and 25 less ft-lbs. of added power? GT500 owners spend a lot more than us and have it to spend wth?

I don't know for sure but I would suspect that reason is that the GT500 is already supercharges and therefore you won't need to add some of the parts.

It looked to me to be the entire kit with the same accessories the gt supercharger comes with

I can't figure it out but, should be up there if it had an intercooler. That raises another question: Why no intercooler?

Perhaps the kit uses the factory intercooler?

Yeah, that's my point.

It's just a straight charger replacement...with some other stuff...
but an intercooler doesn't have to be added (which on the RoushCharger for the GT is added)

Also don't need a whole new intake manifold. Among other expensive things.
