My IUP came in as IUP light...they admit it's their mistake and will reorder...whats the express lane priority number for Order screwups on dealer/factory mistakes? Thanks!

Priority 1 is really quick, as in 1 week or less

 

I think mipo777 meant, give 'em the "we're number #1" sign. Make sure the dealer gives you priority 10, rex and Ford can assign it a lower priority, if they are involved.

 

dealer has the paperwork to prove it was Ford's mistake...

 

I'd say under 10.

 

If it was the factory's fault (extremely unlikely) the can set a priority under ten and get the car virtually hand scheduled within a few weeks. If this was a dealer screw up (very likely) then it just goes in as a standard order with a priority 10 and you're back in line.
