Alright, its official - if youve kept up with the rumor section, Steve's insider was right. Coming home from Wayne State last night @ 7:30, I came up across an 05 with a manufacturers plate on it, and as i get beside it and go to pass it, i glance over only to find a slew of electronics that were far more than any ive ever seen in a test vehicle. While driving, i rolled my window down to see if i could hear any difference, and there was definitely a noticable whistling/whining sound reminiscient of a supercharger eminating from that car. Also, the exhaust note was that of a stock GT on crack. Extremely deep and nice. The hood had some type of flat black piece, but i couldnt really make it out in enough detail to describe, but it was not a cowl.

I'm assuming that it was a test mule for the SC 5.4. Also, I've heard that there is a black one with the full 07 Cobra getup somewhere parked in a lot in dearborn. It is said to have the rims, as well as the new interior WITH................WHITE FACED IUP gauges!

I'll keep everyone posted.

Also, dont start with the picture thing. It was dark out and not even worth trying to take a picture with my crummy camera phone.

I would imagine its a Shelby Mustang Cobra test mule. It.s getting the s/c 5.4 V8.

im sticking with what ive been hearing from people pretty far in the know. SVT is still making some kind of upgraded Mustang, and thats what I think this was.
