Rear seat delete

Thats so true. Maybe I should ride around with the seat down for awhile and see how I like that mess. Hmmmm.....thanks for the advice. But seriously, who the he!! can sit in that back seat!! It's bascially a 2-seater to me. If you put a child back there, their feet would be all up in the back of the front seats. UGH!! Not that I have children to ride in there..lol. Childless car for me!!

Nice scientific analysis there chief... Any facts to back that up?
Here's mine... Rear seat is only a light metal wire frame, foam, and vinyl/cloth.
Plywood or OSB (which is used in these kits) is HEAVIER than the above components! Add the plywood + carpet + anchors and I guarantee your delete kit will weigh more than what you had, and IMO looks like crap to boot.

I don't of the alloy yet(hasn't been one nice day in weeks for pics) but the red one had them-one of the very first sets. I had these waiting for the car as they are a must do! Project source horse has em. Just get the matching windvail blue, they install in minutes and hold up great. $75, and its a mod that once you get used to it, any car you see without it kinda annoys you. I brought my car around to the delivery deck(my old car was already in the showroom for sale), looked at it 'ugh!' and went to my desk and put them on before I even drove it as 'my' car.

I dont know if someone posted this but this delete kit is from MMR. Good luck. Doesnt look too bad too me, and they claim it does lose quite a bit of weight. I may do something like this down the road when I am really pushing the boundaries, But I am sure I would re cover it with the ICAP read leather/vinyl or something and probably work in some subs, LOL. Later.
