Rear caliper help

Rear caliper help

For those of you who changed the rear pads, how many turns on the caliper did it take to compress it back in. i must of turned it a whole lot of times and it never moved. any suggestions?

no its off, i even tried disconnecting it

Are you twisting and pushing in at the same time? Did you remove the brake reservor cap? You maybe building up pressure not allowing the caliper puck to recess into the caliper.

You really have to push hard and turn at the same time. I had one side that was the same way.
