Question for any TMS Police Officers......
It all depends on the officer that pulls you over. More people talk themselves into tickets more than they do out of them. I don't take the time to figure out what a plate says. I have other things to do if I'm gonna pull you over such as running the plate thru my computer for stolen or warrants and watching you at the same time to see if you do anything suspicious when you stop. More concerned with safety.

Although, Jimmy translates it this way:

Hmmm, Jimmy sounds like a military man
OOPs, just realized the "Jimmy" you were referring to is Treadhead. Yea, you could say he's a military man! :bang:
Yes I was military and of course the department I work for uses a different phonetic alphabet so I had to relearn it. You can always tell when a rookie officer is fresh from the military because they use the wrong words and get real quiet when they realize it.
Which phonetic alphabet do you use? Most agencies here in Cali use the military one..
I worked for a company who used standard military, but swapped "Sam" for "sugar", I never got used to it, and never used it. LOL

Ack! My father will be so disappointed. LOL 101st airborne, dont tell him k?
I guess its a mixed phoentic then? Military with local PD? Grew up around both, so I guess I am all mixed up, LOL!

I don't remember if it has its own name but, most of the words they use are different. I've been off work so long for my back that I'm gonna feel like a rookie again when I go back.
