anyone else have a problem with the drivers side seat tilt lever falling out all the time. im so sick ofp ushging it back in ive given up and it now sits in my center console. i had ford look at it 3 times and all they do is push it back in. i never had this problem before they changed the plastic bezel around the bottom of the seat. they changed it because originally the seat tilt lever was cutting into the bezel and scratching it all up.

I thought it was just mine. Both the driver's and passenger's have fallen off. The service techs prolly just push it in and a couple heavy handed pulls and its out again. It happens more with the passengers side now, since I know about it and just leave my seat where it is. It really annoys me though. I am suppose to take my car in next week for some noise/rattling issues and will bring this up again.

It has to do with the little clip inside the handle. The inside door handles and winow cranks were put on the same way in my '65.
You need to pull it out a little, then push the lever back on, then fully insert the clip. If it still comes off, pull the clip out all the way and sqeeze it together so it closes up a little, then try it again.

My handles have not fallen off but they are both scratching the seat all up.
