How do we know that you (DavidM) and Mike aren't the same person? You join TMS back in Oct 2006 and pretend to be just another member, but then you see the huge demand for the fender badge. You fly out to Las Vegas, go to the Shelby Facility, and when no one is looking you steal 21 "Power by Ford" badges. You then fly back and bide your time until today when you make $1050. Unforntunely, your round trip, hotel expenses, etc cost $1077. So you still end up $27 short, but boy it sure was fun.

Q: are these the REAL shelby emblems or are they the "close but not quite" Scott Drake emblems? I'm wondering because I thought CS wasn't making these available to the public outside his cars Apr-07-07 A: Even "The Man" can't control everything. As the auction states "Ford Original" and to answer the question you haven't asked; No, you will NEVER buy these from your local Ford Dealer for $10.

haha! that was MY question! and yeah the $10.00 ford dealer question was discussed here so he's definitly lurking and ebay guy.. you should chime in over here on the forum (unless you have to be a sponsor to do that) well.. I'm excited to get these and *I* will keep you on my list of favorite sellers (being all goes well in this transaction) if you can get your hands on the 'hot' items

Like I said Mike from diversified called me and he did say that someone had sent him a link to this thread so , yes he is reading and is making sure everyone is at ease about this deal. Again real nice guy! Perhaps we can get more deals or better pricing for tms members in the future?

definitly has slowed down but still sold 5 already on the new auction including somebody I recognize from 2005stang.com .. which I posted about this thread and auction there and over at grabberorange.net ... not that I'm "in on" anything.. just making sure others who may have been looking for these and hadn't seen this thread yet know about it.

Sorry, I don't work for BuyFordRacing so thats not my call. I just popped in to let everyone know they are now listed on their website. Besides, at $49 their a deal, especially when someone here said they would have paid $100.
