Moderators, Please make this a sticky!
So as to allow us to receive the best possible rate and coverage we need to compare our detailed coverage, and all variables, so we have some ammo with our insurance companies... I'll start.[LIST][*]age= 31[*]sex= FEmale[*]status=married [*]multi-car discount=yes[*]comprehensive= yes, $0 ded. [*]collision= yes, $500 ded.[*]property damage liabilty= yes, $50,000[*]Bodily Injury liability= yes, $100,000[*]$300,000 each occurrence[*]Uninsured motorist= yes; Bodily $25,000 each person, $50,000 each occurence; property $25k[*]loss of use= yes, $30.00 per day, $900.00 per accident[*]Total Price For Six Months= $702 or $117 a month
TICKETS=YES, 1 IN 2002 NOT MINE!!

Crap!

What the hades is going on?
My record is clean, and I am not in a GT.
700 every six months is the best I can do.
State farm quoted me $850.
I am the primary driver, multi discount, etc.
I have:
comp-ACV 0 deductible
Collision- $500 ded
Property damage $100,000
Bodily Injury 300/300
Medical Payments(what bs) $2,000
Uninsured motor/body injury 20/40

What can I do to lower it?

You really can't compare insurance. I just got off the phone with my agent because of the price difference between what I pay and what my wife would pay. I have a better record but I pay more because some stupid fact finding they did and more stangs have been trashed by guys than girls. Anyway, I pay $1,824.00/year. 33 years old, perfect record and have full coverage on everything.

Im thinking that the insurance companies figure- Yellow Sports car- fast=tickets lets get em out from the gate.

My Alero has towing and rental plus the above and is only $88 a month.
