Not sure if this is an issue or not, but do any of you have your car rev to 2500 rpm or so on startup? I realize that there is a choke on startup, but it sounds like I am revving the thing when I fire it up. It only happens every once and a while...is it normal?

Happens every time I start mine - usually jumps to 2k for about 3 seconds then drops to normal. It's been talked about here a few times and the general feeling is that it's normal behavior.

Its pretty normal for every modern car. I just moved 150 various cars today on the lot because I was bored- they all do it. Usually it will rev higher on colder days.
