A pillar removal

Anyone know of the best way to get the drivers side A pillar off? I have been looking at those interior PDF's but they aren't too specific on how to get it off. I need to look at where my squeaks are coming from around the dash area.

Just as he said a strong hard pull ,it is attached with clips, start at the back and pull out ,then the middle and it will come right off.
