I went by my dealer today to get an updat and he brought up the screen that shows all the Mustangs that they have ordered and have been allocated! The list is 9 cars long, I am number 9! Anyway. the date they have posted for the first delivery is the 13 of October. I asked him if would print that screen for me and he did. So if anyone wants further proof I guess I could scan and post it.

 

Wow! I can't believe noone is interested in what I just said! :scratch: I have actual proof that an 05 will be at my dealer in So Cal in less than one week.

Ya, maybe your right! I should probably just start keeping things to myself. I drove way out of my way last week to get some shots of the 05 at South Bay Ford in Los Angeles and posted them. I didn't get much of a responce then either. :scratch: Oh well!

I hate South bay ford. They had it and I called Saturday night asking if I could look at it first thing in the morning. A salesperson said YES, DEFINATELY. I frieking drive one whole hour out there, but nope, they dont have it.

Maybe this is old news, but I stopped by the Ford Dealer here in Jacksonville and asked when the 05s would be here and he told me that they were notified that day that they had been released from the holding facility (he used a different term but that is the concept). He told me that they would be at the dealer in about 2 weeks. They took my name and number to call when they are in.

I did notice a ton of 04s left in the lot. Anyone who wants one of those can probably get a real good deal right now.

 

Incorrigible, I feel you...what dealership are you dealing with. I spoke with Galpin earlier this week and they are giving me the same info. B)

 

Ok, here it is! My Car is last on the list with no build date yet. The Car in question is number six on the list. ETA next Wednesday October 13!

I blacked out some of the numbers on the VIN's. I wasn't sure if I would be breaking some rules by posting this! B)

 

WOW-congrats Jake! This is the most proof I've seen amongst all of this bla bla bla. I'm not sure what "SHPD CONVO" means-exactly, but this is the only proof I've noticed so far. Be sure to post pics when you take delivery.

 

My Car still has no build date (9 on the list) , the Car in question is still up for grabs!

 

Thanks for the Congrats 169 but I'll be waiting another month for mine! I will be there next Wednesday when they unload this baby though.
