SCT has proven to be the best tuner out there. not to mention i have both an XCAL 1 and an XCAL 2 lol

Ya if I had to get a major retune, I would prob have them do the xcal2, just so I get a handheld and can make minor adjustments

what CAI? without a tune some CAI's will run dangerously lean

You can run a K&N CAI without a tune. I did when I got mine, but when I got the XCAL2 I tuned her right up.

yep went with the K&N because of the reviews stating you dont need a tune. i know ill get my moneys worth if i added a tune but for now the K&N tuneless is just fine

KN your good with no tune. i ran my C&L for 2 weeks with no tune. multiple lean codes thrown at me

My K&N ran a little RICH after awhile (maybe the computer adjusted).
I know other K&Ns that did this too. I didn't believe it until I checked mine.
It never threw a code, but it wasted gas without a tune.

I just got a seeda Cai with a bamtune at 91 oct. My gas milage dropped about 2 gal? is that common

My car is running so rich I've switched from MPG to GPM.

yea right after i put it on there was a definete increase in acceleration. also got a biiiit more miles to the gallon. (around .4 but its better than nothing)
