ERL says: "i'm sorry, no status information was found for the information you provided"

I ordered Monday. Got my DORA monday, shows order was received and accepted on monday, (May 16).

I wonder. How long do you normally stay in this 'no status' state?

Does it goes away after the first week since your order? I expected to go into C/U land right away. Is that the way it works?

Or is it normal to have 'no status information was found' for some time?

You will probably be clean and unscheduled for some time, if you just placed the order. but the ERL will tell you that once it has you in the system. It really depends on luck, some people in certain parts of the country have been getting there mustang in 6-8 weeks on the fast side. On the slow side its more like 4 1/2 -5 months. good luck on your wait.

Yeah, right now I am not C/U. I am just trying to get into the dreaded C/U land

Hmm. I tried different things with the dealer code, no luck.

I wonder. for the body type, would I say '84' or 't84'?

And for the order number, is it

'F580' or '580'

?

I ordered on Monday and got serialized last night. It all depends on the dealer and their allocations

softbatch, so, did you get a VIN #? serialized means you get a 17 digit VIN correct?

Exactly, it is all about allocation. I'm sorry to say, just b/c a dealer says they have it, does not mean they do.

Congrads softbatch, that is one nice stang you have on order!

Nope...there is something more than allocation. My dealer has had allocation for 3 months and still can't get mine pulled.

I think the fleet managers have some play in it.
