Or maybe he just decided to do a burn out on his old tires instead of wasting $600 worth of tires.

I believe in one of the comments, he said that those were his drag rims. And I'm sure he was probably just havin' some fun with some old tires before getting rid of them. I don't know what's so stupid about havin' some fun in an empty parking lot...? And by the looks of the pavement, they were already doing donuts. It's his car...I don't care what he does with it in an empty lot. I've been known to get all the use/fun out of my old tires, and I see absolutely nothing wrong with that. Nor do I see any reason why anyone else should care how I...dispose...of my tires.

I know I wanted to beat the crap out of my tires before I got a new set, but the blow out had other plans in mind for me.

You can see my build thread on s197forum. LOL those are my old rims...

I sold my 20's for my new shortblock plus I built the car to have fun with her so why not... There really is not a huge difference in doing this in a water box at a drag strip or in a random parking lot...

Thanks guys although the waterbox would not have killed the tires as fast... At least they hook a little better now lol...
