need body work advice

This is what my 05 mustang look like when i brought it

This is what I found after I took the panels, the bumper, and the hood off

any advice before I start taking stuff off.
This is what I want to do:
1. replace the radiator support
2. replace the bumper reinforement
3. section the rail assembly

This is what I've done already

1. remove the fenders, bumper, and hood
2. used a spot-weld cutter to remove this panel
before

after

what I want to know is:

1. what is the best tool to use to make sure I get a straight cut and a clean cut when I section the rail assembly?
2. what is the best way to weld the new rail assembly back on?
3. how do I protect all my new welds from rusting?
4. Before I remove the radiator support, do I have to do anything special (like measurements)?

That's a pretty big project you're undertaking there. Did you happen to have it racked and measured before you started taking it apart? There might have been some less obvious damage further back in the unibody that would need to be pulled out before you cut everything off.

That's a big job for a do it yourselfer. Did you get a heii of a good deal on it because the parts aren't going to be cheap. Also I noticed the drivers side mirror is missing. Is the damage all the way down the side too?

I'd go aftermarket. I sell aftermarket parts but we only do local stuff no shipping. If you can find a good aftermarket company it will be alot cheaper. Our parts are OEM replacement. We sell fenders for $85 each and the H/L's run about $65 each. Thats the only thing we can get so far though.
