This is just making my love for the two colors independently greater. I will say with confidence that I love the black with white stripes, no doubt....but.....

Get the Vista. After the first time you wash it and then drive it for 2 minutes you will see why.

 

I went with black because all the little pieces/trim weatherstripping stuff kinda disappears...Also, the side windows integrate better with the car. IMO, of course.. I'm putting on the silver stripes next weekend. Everyone at work thinks I venturing into my mid life crisis...I wonder?

 

This is going nowhere fast. Oh well, just an excuse to post pics of my baby!

 

Oh ya Agree 100% maybe even red / black interior
If you want stripes get the Vista Blue. A Black Mustang Should remain all black, They look awesome all black.

I have Mineral Grey and Love this color my picks were:
Mineral Grey = Classic color (unique)
Black = Mean color, this makes the car BAD hiney Looking (I love black, just hard to take care of)No Stripes on black :nono:
Red Fire = Classy color (nice color)
Vista Blue = My wifes Favorite color next to Red Fire Classy yet Sporty, More Sporty when White Stripes are added (Like Yellow with black stripes, just go together)

 

True...I'm just glad you all have taken enough interest in my problem to keep posting. I agree that white stripes on the VB would be sweet, but somewhat predictable and (I dare say) common...whereas white on black....there's something you dont see everyday.

If anyone ever gets the full lenght white stripes on the VB, i'll be taking a very close look...it may sway me....

Right now, the score (in my head) is.......

Black = 28
VB - 21

Were in double overtime though and VB is on the 10 yard line with a first down....

I realize these comments aren't helping your decision. The only thing to do is buy two cars, one in each color and you'll be set.

 

For me, it was partly a matter of interior that sold me on black- I wanted the interior accent color, which is available in either red or red. =) so black was clearly the way to go.

Now if they had offered a blue leather interior accent package, I might have gotten the Vista... my MINI is Hyper Blue, which is similar to Vista or Sonic, and it's much much easier to keep looking clean than the Black, that's for sure.

And then there's Windveil with fanblades, another knockout....

Not sure if you have decided yet on the Black or VB. White strips on the blue is so classic Mustang. Yet Black , is just plain BAD.. But a b--ch to keep clean. Either way you will have a great car.... Enjoy..
