are you kidding me? Do you think most dealers expect that everyone is going to take delivery of a car they have never seen nor test drove? What happens if when the car is delivered and for some reason it's just not the car for you? Of course the deposit is refundable! No reputable dealer would refuse to give the deposit back. Besides...the dealer will now have an extra 05 in his lot!!!
