My driver side seat squeeks, Need some opinions!

Hey guys/gals

For a while now my drivers seat has been squeeking and when I took it to the service department they had the service manager test the seat would not do it, so he comes and gets me now I figure HA! I can get this to do it easy......nope so home I go. Get to work seat starts squeeking again. The thing of it is I have been told that Ford has put a red flag up on my car for too many warranty work. I was told that while under this condition my car is screened and if it becomes too much Ford will revoke my warranty. Not my fault I had it in 7 times for dash rattle! So two questions
1. The squeek comes from the reclining section of the seat, anyone have any idea as to how I could fix it?

2. Has anyone else ever heard of this red flaging? I have heard of Dodge doing this and I don't know this guy to be a liar.

I have heard of companies revoking warrenties on problamatic cars, although i really dont understand how this can be done, and i dont know the extenuating circumstances of those cases. similarly, I also heard about someone who had a AAA membership, and called for help or a towtruck too often (like more than 3 in a year), and had their membership revoked with no refund.
the thing is, the warrenty is there to fix these problems! if problems arise frequently, the answer is fixing the problems, not ignoring them permanently. jeeze. I dont get it.

So Ford still uses the buying public for long-term durability testing, huh? I thought only GM was still doing it... these nagging little problems and my brother's experience with his Focus makes me wonder if "bold moves" are enough to bring in more buyers.

My drivers seat squeaks too... It annoys the hell out of me.

Maybe it's because I am such a fat bastage. We will see. I think I need to take the seat apart and find out what the squeak is and see if I can kill it.

Any ideas anyone?

Well it certainly has nothing to do with weight because I am 5'10 and weigh 155lbs, so I am coming to the conclusion that it squeeks just because it does.

Found the squeek it comes from the the lower lumbar to be exact on the seat the first (could also be second) fold it the fabric, to be clear the little indents in the fabric where it is stiched together, when pressure is applied to it it will squeek but only when you actually are sitting in it. Hope this helps you guys.

Mine comes from underneath the front right corner of the drivers seat. When going over bumpy roads, I can reach down and grab a hold of the corner and the noise will stop. I'll look at it closer one of these days. Probably a spring under there needing some oil...
