My Dilemma

I'll start this off by saying I already own a 2002 Mustang GT Convertible, which only has 12,221 miles on it (had it since 5/25/02) and has been my spring/summer/fall nice weather only car.
Ok, I have already ordered a 2005 GT Convertible (on 3/5/05), and I was going to sell or trade-in the above car. As an aside, I keep 2 cars. My younger sister (I bought the 1998 Malibu LS from her; I use this as a station car and for bad weather), wants to buy it back at the end of May as a second car, as her VW Golf is on its last legs (and she has a Mazdaspeed Protege). My 2002 has $10k left on it, and 2 years on the original loan. I was thinking of refinancing for 3 years (to add another year on it to bring payments down, and I can get an awesome rate, about 5%, which is the same as the 4.9 original rate). If I keep the 2002 and refinance it, I have asked myself, do I really need 2 Mustang GT Convertibles? I can definitely afford both (as I am putting down $10-14k on the 2005), but WHY? I was thinking of changing the 2005 to a GT Coupe, plus getting a manual (which I haven't driven in about 10 years, and it was very brief as well, not enough for me to get even decent), just to have 2 different cars. Also, I drove the 2002 Stang during winter 2002/03 (I only got the Malibu in April 2003), and it handled a lot better then I thought in the snow, plus the train station is only a 2 minute drive from my house. Also, my GF lives 5 minutes away, so there's no far distance it was driven that winter. I also thought it would be weird to be driving the convertible (2002) during winter and the coupe only in nice weather...the convertible would get lots more use in summer, so the coupe would really be rarely driven. What would you do if you were in my position? I am just looking for some good advice, and there seems to be many users here who can offer valuable opinions. Should I keep the 2005 as a convertible, and have 2 verts? I think no matter what I do, I'll change the 2005 to manual, as my sister is bringing me out in her VW Golf, and doesn't care if the clutch gets f'd up in helping me re-learn to drive manual, as the car is gonna be dead in 2-3 months anyways. I would sell the 2002 vert, take delivery on the 2005 vert, and buy a station car to use for bad weather and your 2-minute commute to the train station. I personally feel that no one needs 2 convertibles, no matter how different in style they may be. And a cheap, realiable station car would serve your purposes well.
Where are you on Long Island? I grew up in Medford in Suffolk County.

Has your order been pulled yet? You better decide before that happens or you will not be able to easily change the order if that is what you want to do. Agree with the other folks, no one needs 2 convertibles. Heck, not sure anyone even needs one but that's just me! B)
