I still can't believe that this happened to me. My family and I were on vacation in Michigan, and I decided to detour them through Detroit into Flat Rock. The timing must have been perfect, because we found 2 dozen or more 2005 pre-production cars in the Visitors parking lot. It was wild. I need to credit my youngest for taking the pictures, allowing me to roam around in total amazement. The car looks incredible in the daylight, beyond belief. Then, as we were leaving one of my kids starts running across the parking lot, and we could not figure out why. Turns out the camo-convertible was tucked in the corner of the lot WOW !!!

That's the vert mule I followed back in late March.
I'm heading to Toledo right now.. maybe on my way I'll make a stop at AAI.

Awesome...anybody think this might be the pool of cars being lent out to the mags for reviews???? There's too many of them to be a bunch of one-offs. They sure aren't worried about keeping them underwraps anymore...ahh look at that counter...24 days!!!!

You folks are most welcome Tony, you are correct, there was no guard shack that prevented us from entering the visitors lot. And 05mach1, you are right about it being like a car show. lol. Ford/AAI did an excellent job of displaying their newest product
