I'd be interested in hearing any feedback, comments, thoughts, gripes, etc from anyone who's visted the Mustang web module and gone through the whole thing.

http://www.fordvehicles.com/cars/mus...dex.asp?bhcp=1

And by module, I'm not referring to the Mustang product info you get for any car(pricing, specs, etc) when the Mustang pages first come up. I'm talking about the module that launches when you click on the tach that says "See the Legend in Action."

I know there were some minor issues when it went live (e.g. a couple of mis-labeled colors), but I'm more interested in overall thoughts and opinions of the module. Did you like it? Was it interesting? Anything in particular you really liked? Anything in particular you really didn't like? Anything that would have liked to have seen? Anything that surprised/delighted you to see?

Just looking for general comments.

Thanks.

Redfire is one word, and the color shown for Mineral Grey is closer to 2003-2004 Dark Shadow Grey than Mineral Grey.

The MyColor and Sound Galleries rock, but it'd be great if the sounds were easier to download (ZIP file, for example) and if they were in .WAV format so they're easier to use as Windows system sounds. I just noticed that none of the links to the sounds are working at all; they just go to the site map.

But other than that the site rocks!!!

The "2005 Mustang Today" frame is very awkward to use and does not seem to go anywhere.

http://www.fordvehicles.com/cars/mustang/launch/ is where I ended up.

Good site, you may want to contract for the "stripe maker" on this site, it is more photo realistic than the color switcher.

Good site, nice clear text.

There were several instances where I would click on a link, say video gallery, for instance, and then I would be taken to a page/screen that would have me click ANOTHER link to go where the first link should have taken me.

Seems like an extra step for no reason.

Jason

BTW, and not to sound rude, but who ARE you?
You know WAY too much! I'm surprised no one has asked you yet.

Looks good but you have some kinks in the site as mentioned above. Can't wait to see it working.

lol Stangnut, sounds like Ford is getting out to their masses and quality checking their own work now. Why else would he care to ask those questions?

Just love it !! For some of us who are waiting for our mustang this is a great way to pass the time to see and hear what the GT looks and sounds like (plus I sent the link to some of my friends) Just needs the sound link to be fixed up,other than that it's just great

I am using the broadband interface

"on the green tip" older surfers may not know what this means

during the 'profile' portion of the show (the first presentation under 'design') the mustang in the presentation makes the mustang in the foregroung look orange.

The border you have around your text windows are nice and subtle.

the mouse over flame effect on the mustang icon is cool

your movies and intros are the perfect length.

I would also love to be able to download zips of all the movies and sounds but I understand and agree with why this is not an available option.

the interface is crisp and and clean, pacing is great, the games are awsome, set designs are great, I'll spend a little more time later and really rip it up.
