People arguing about what is rice and what isn't is rediculous becuse everyone has a different view of what the slang, yes slang term means.
To me, it's any car modded to the point of absurdity. It can be a Civic, or a Focus, or God forbid a Mustang and be rice by my defination. Any car that looks like it belongs in The Fast and the Furious w/ wings, NOS stickers, ugly body kits, altezza lights, fart can exhaust... etc is rice IMO.
That said, a stock Civic is not rice, and a stock 350Z or RX8 is just a great car, just like our beloved 'Stangs. Just please don't ruin them with a High School level customization job.

I've got a funny story eventhough we have a 1965 vert...
Well we were off to the bank to cash some $$ and we pull behind this 93 civic hatchback (rice IMO due to the huge fart can) and he saw us in the rear view mirror and he revved his engine...so my dad revved our 289 HiPO...then this fool put his foot down and probably put the needle past the red cause blue smoke was shooting out the back....so he probably did some damage to the piston rings :P anywhoo my dad let him go ahead and he launched so he could get a sound of what he wanted at...but we had to make our left turn and he farted his way on with blue smoke spewing out the back...
I do give credit to some guyus that make the car look clean and that have some go....but i cant stand fools that think they are the fastets because they do an exhaust and intake mod...give me a break...

I've been educated by this chain. So my new def of Rice is:
A car with a shopping card handle, a fart can, a punk with a sideways hat, a sick underpowered car that needs 10G in mods and nitro to go as fast as a Mustang GT.
I like the porno def. I just know it when I see it.
