Well, we're doing a favor for a friend.....he is the chief nameplate engineer of the car you love, the 2005 mustang..... Hau Thai-Tang asked us to help him combat GM's cheating and win the poll. As far as I know, that is still important to him. So why not do it?
Yes, this poll is getting annoying now, but if I see the vette on the cover of the new magazine I'll be pissed. :bang:

Does that mean you'll be patriotic and close the thread, lol?

Okay....basically, if you want to vote, vote.... if not, don't bother but we are leaving the poll open.
Brad said it best right now:
"I think we all know the truth. The Mustang is a much better all-around car than the Corvette C5.5."

You actually took his criticism and called Brad to see if this thread has gone bad, lol? Well okay, even I agree the thread should be closed, but really, what DOES it matter in the grand schema of life whether it stays open, closed or whatever...

Eh, we can still get new people in the Forum to be involved in something. Anyway, we all know the reason the vette is in the lead, besides, when you are an old retired person like most vette owners you have the time to vote and delete your cookies and vote again.

This thread is disturbing my entire existence!! Shut it down NOW!! I cannot function as long as this thread goes on! Please, it is seriously bothering me and I say close it down! That means YOU, Brad!
*end sarcasm*
Come on, show some Mustang pride.

well if i can vote more than once...so be it.
i just thought as a ford owner i'd be honest and forthright. guess you just can't win if the other team cheats. :nono:
maybe i'll just vote continuously for the next hour or so.

Of course the mustang is a better all around car, buy a new '05 Mustang GT, put in ~$15K of performance mods so it equals the price of a new vette, and it would beat the stock vette easily.

WOW1 They really ARE cheating their hindquarters off! 320 votes for the Vette in the last half hour! Only five for the Mustang. Of course, those five were all mine. B)

Or you can save yourself the money and buy a used civic and blow them both away ....

who cares, The Mustang probably had 100 times more buyers of the next product voting, Vette has what, maybe 50 buyers that voted? The intensity of people calling/trolling the lot is reaching a fever pitch at dealers right now. It is NON-STOP people looking for new products . I talked to 5 yesterday in detail and quick answered 'not-yet' to another half dozen that were doing drive-bys. Not to mention we have very little fresh 'walk-in' traffic at our remote location.......
