MUSTANG CHOICE FROZEN ON FORBES POLL
#41
I still think the surveys are stupid to include supercars. There are more votes then total GT production units ever to be made for the public. I guarantee not one 'clicker' on the site(s) will ever own one. But on the positive side, you can see that Ford of all makers has more eyes on its products then anyone right now.

How many people from this site and other mustang sites do you think are voting on these? How many people visit these forums every day, is there a way to check that?
Cause it really seems like this survey, the first one anyways, is ford biased. When i voted (for the GT, i had yet another dream about it last night, i saw it for the first time, and then i saw two others and i was going nuts that the first day i saw one, i saw three of em'... Anyways!), when i voted, it was 1- Mustang, 2-Corvette, 3- Ford GT, and 4- the 500. I don't get how the 500 would beat the A6 or the STS.
I'm very happy to see the Hummer SUT and the fugly new dakota (they ruined it!) got hardly a vote.

Im surprised about the ford 500 as well. IMHO the car looks terrible. The space is the only selling point, because the front end looks atrocious and performance is sub-average at best. Am I the only one who thought the taurus looks better than the 500?

MotorWeek gave the 500 a pretty good review this morning. Basically said, Volvo safety, European refinement, Ford price.

I agree, also rumor is that GM sent a mass e-mail to all employee's and asked them to vote for the vette. Which would explain teh rapid influx of votes.. but this is just a rumor

OK, CAN SOMEONE POST THIS ON STANGNET AND ALL OTHER BOARDS!
Phrase it like a Ford vs. All question. Whether you like the new car or not, tell them to vote. Lets see if we can pull this upset off!
