OK, my work is done. We're over the Vette by about 9000 votes.

I've stopped my wild voting process.

I feel dirty, rotten, and a little childish. But that's not a bad thing.

He he, very satisfied to see the 'Stang in the lead once again.

 

I made a little script to "autovote" using Autoit, the script votes and erase cookies and vote again, I left it running for a couple of hours and the maximum speed it could do was 1 vote every 6 seconds, the limitation was the slow responce from Forbes, I have to use my computer now but I'll start it again on monday, the good news is that Mustang is winning again

I have been watching the votes swing in the last week. After seeing the Vette up by a bunch before today, I just started laughing hysterically when I just looked at the voting and the mustang is about double on the Vette.

There is no way that the Vette is more popular than the mustang when the Vette is not a car that the masses can afford.

 

First, I don't think this poll falls with the 5% significance rule of modern day statistics. After all 95% of the votes are not real.

BTW, using this logic the Aveo can be deemed more popular than the Mustang because more of the population can afford it! I'm willing to bet a large % of non-enthusiast car buyers are sick of hearing about both of these cars. who else votes for the Cobalt?

 

After the first couple days the Mustang DOMINATED the polls with 57% before the cheating began..

But as much as I want to have 100,000 votes, I'm not sure we should do it. If no one notices, they might proclaim us the winners legitimately.

My fear is that the vette guys will read this and make programs of their own.

Still, awesome work! Glad a few of you didn't give up on this. Any reasson to kick vette hiney (especially when they are cheaters) is a good one.

 

Simply move this thread to moderators only or to Super Stallions, and let's agree not to talk about the cheating.

 

Maybe I'll boost the Ford GT too, so we can have a 1-2 finish!
