MTV "Pimp My Ride" Destroys Mustang

Last night, as I was flipping channels, I saw the most horrible looking SN197 Mustang I've EVER SEEN! I was enticed by MTV'S "pimp my ride" because when I flipped over, they had a gorgeous 2006 black Mustang GT. I heard they were going to install a Saleen body kit, so I was excited to see what a black Mustang would look like with the Saleen kit. I was horribly let down. Here's a list of what they did to that poor battered pony:

1.) Paint it "Pistachio Green"
2.) Paint on chrome Scallops
3.) Installed a saleen body kit (not a bad thing)
4.) Installed a Cali-dream hood but with a twist. They cut it in half! Instead of lifting your hood, it split right down the middle.
5.) Installed TWENTY (20) *lol not a typo* Plasma tvs
6.) Installed some REDICULOUS looking 20-inch rims
7.) Had A HUGGEEE fingerprint 'thing' on the headliner.
8.) Had 2 tone leather seats. Black outside. Chrome "ostrich" inside

I was SICK! I felt the urge to throw up after witnessing that car! I tried Googling some picture but I couldn't find any to link. There are some on the MTV's "Pimp my ride" website if you want to have a look. I couldn't believe how they could take a beautiful car and TRASH IT!

1) I honestly loved that color ! A bit like Mopar's old Sublime, just a bit flashier...I'd have my Mustang in that color (mine is Legend Lime, so I guess I love green in all shades then......)
2) that made me gag...
3) it was quite allright...
4) they should get jail time for that...
5) why, oh why they insist on putting tvs in cars ? The best "show" in a Mustang is the way the 'Stang goes around its business. Not to mention tv screens are dangerous because they tend to distract a driver.
7) moronic...
8) see #2

It just goes to show, not everyone that has a Mustang has taste as well.

Why someone would do something like this CRAP! Is beyond me. This one is pretty bad. Another Pimp my ride I saw was a 79 Trans am, yet another muscle car made completely useless and gawdy! What the hell are they thinking by doing stuff like this.

Notice the caption under the pic say's "new and reliable". Wonder what was wrong with the car to begin with. Usually they start with some POS car and modify it like that. Really makes you wonder.

OK, the color I can live with. I wouldn't have any car that color, but it could've been pink I guess.
The front end & wheels look absolutely HORRIBLE.
A crying shame
