Just finished reading Motor Trend's write up on the new mustang. Their story on the new stang is pretty good with the exception of a few comments that the car "is slightly less stuff that similarily priced sporty cars like the Nissan 350Z and Mazda RX8." There is also the additonal comment that the Motor Trend testers were not fond of the tires on the test model. When are the authors of such magazines going to come to the realization that the Mustang is not a sports car. I am not trying to cry in my beer but if the mustang is ever going to be a "sports car" then we can all forget about affordability for the average working person. Overall not a bad write up though.

Yeah, I read that article, and have already posted a few threads on it. I did notice that, although they basically liked the car, they compared it to vehicles that either were at a higher price or of a different genre.
