Most masculine car
I was listening to a local radio station while driving into work a few days ago and the DJ was having people call in and say which cars people thought were the most masculine and which were the most feminine. Anyway, people were saying all types of cars and then the DJ wrapped it up by saying that he thought that one of the most masculine cars on the road right now was the new 2005 Mustang GT.
That kind of perked up my drive into work and I thought I would share.

most feminine - VW New Beetle
most feminine - VW New Beetle

I agree with both of you but I think that it stinks that they've turned into chick cars. Before the new one came out, owning an old beetle was kinda cool especially if you had it looking good. I owned a 72 in the early 90's and had a lot of guy beetle friends. Not hippies either. Now it seems like you have to have long hair to own a new one. it's a shame
I dunno, the Beetle RSI isn't so bad. I think the cabriolet might top the beetle for feminine car.

New Beetle, ever see a guy driving one? I don't think I have. And the pastel color selection, well you can see how this is going to turn out.

That whole flower thing in the BUG just disturbs me.....
Mustang; masculine or feminine? Neither! Yet it’s sexy, our words don’t have a pallet bright enough to express what a Mustang is my humble attempted of a better description would be “renaissance machineâ€; historic and futuristic, great at everything athletic, smart, and artistic.
when chicks own masculine cars, it just makes it "sexy".
I think it's a whole other story when a guy is driving a car that is concidered feminie than a girl driving a car that is concidered masculine. I girl driving a 2005 GT would definatly get a second if not third look from me. On the other hand if I see a guy driving down the road in a new beatle with flowers in his dash board built in vase....I would just have to laugh.
The Stang is a muscle car, muscle usually goes with masculine. Muscle equals vitality equals vigor equals resilence equals sexy. Men and women who have vitality are sexy. The Mustang and people who drive them are all that!!

I agree with "muscle usually goes with masculine". I have seen some extra-curricular vitamin enhanced women at the gym to support the exception. I don't know what kind of car they drove though.
Good topic. I think about this a lot. I wanted a Mazda 6 but I noticed 90% of the people driving them were women. Which is fine, but I wanted a "man's" car, LOL. Now I know with confidence that this GT is a man's car.

there is only one thing less attractive than a woman in a GT, and that's a woman in a pick up truck. She would not get a second look.

OK add to the discussion color of the car... I'd say black is definately more masculine. I think I chose windveil blue because it softened the edges around the muscles of my car. But, in low lighting the wvb actually is a 'mean' looking color and I actually like that look alot.
If I put stripes on my car would that be less appealing to you because I'm a woman? How about the spoiler? Just curious because I agree these embellishments symbolize power/masculinity. Personally, a good mix of masculine and feminine make both sexes sexier.
BTW, I was a female bodybuilder 20 years ago, my muscles have done nothing but improve my appearance over the years, I look 15 years younger and have more vitality than most women my age. Anabolic is good, catabolic is bad for both men and women!
