Mismatched door gap

I noticed that my drivers side door doesn't line up with the rear quarter panel correctly. It sticks out very slightly. My friend noticed it and pointed it out to me. Anyone have an issue like this and will Ford fix it under warranty?

Ford will fix it under warranty, it shouldn't be a biggy, should take them about 20 mins to fix. Or go to a body shop.

I do recall someone having a problem on here about a 1/4 window sicking out too far, and having it fixed.

I can take a picture, but it's slightly off. It's off less than 1/8", but it's definetly not right. The passenger side is flush.
