Hi guys! This is my first post...I think it's hilarious that we are all posting on this thread for pics of our cars, but yet nobody has one to post yet. I have several of my 86 GT, 88 GT and 03 Cobra though! My 05 is ordered and due in on May 20 at a nearby dealership. Torch Red GT, Red Leather upgrade package, painted stock wheels (getting aftermarket ones). BTW, does anyone know anything about the leather that (maybe) was supposed to be dark charcoal with the center in red? I thought that was what I was ordering, but I guess I am going to have to stick with the all red...

What the heck are you talking about. Lots of people have new 05' Mustangs. Have you been on the road lately? Have you looked at any pictures on this forum? There is like 100 just on this forum alone.

About the leather.... I saw it in a showroom in Tampa and the seats are all red, and variuos other things are trimmed in silver and black. Looks VERY nice! Trust me you wont regret. Good choice!

Hello all, new member here.

Purchased my new 2005 Mustang GT about 4 weeks ago. I live in Toronto and the weather has been horrible. A recent warm spell has allowed me to enjoy my new car...great way to start the new year:

 

Anyone know what the wheel locking kit is?

 

4 locking lug nuts as far as i know, thats what i am expecting when my car gets delivered...

 

Four specially keyed (with tool) lug nuts to prevent theft. When your car is delivered, they will be in a small plastic bag in the trunk. I had to install mine myself.

Just picked up this afternoon. I'm still delerious and numb. This car is incredible. Definitely worth the wait. Best advice I can give to those waiting, is don't think about it. Only makes the wait more difficult. Rain, rain go away, need the sun today. Hope Ford can get your cars to you asap. Luv this car, you will too. B) Hope to see you all on the road soon.

Just so you know, it's a "the mustang source" standard to pick up your car in the rain.

Great idea 05 FSTBK Also thought about "05 P51", but I'd probably have to explain it 1000 times. Enjoy yours too. Its a great muscle car. I haven't even reved over 3500 yet and I still loose everyone, not that I have raced yet.
