Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with these folks ? The guy seemed really nice and was willing to ship via USPS to Canada instead of UPS.

I then discovered that SLP Loudmouths were illegal, and he held shipping them.

I ordered on August 16, Held shipping on August 18, and cancelled the order on August 22 and asked for a credit. Since then I have sent him 3 emails (once a week) and finally on August 31 replied and said "WE are in the process of crediting back your card."

It's now Sept 8, and I still have no credit What should I do? Call my credit card Company? Will they do anything?

Thanks for the advice.

Yes, definately call your credit card company and inform them of basically everything you posted here. I have had to do that in the past where I ordered something, was charged for it, but never received the product.

Yes, I agree with John. Dispute the charge on your credit card. Good Luck.

Charge backs are easy, shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes and it will cost the company your ordered from a little money.

Thumbs up

Ben, was it a check card or regular credit card?

If a check card issued by a credit union... it may take 30 days...

Even w/o a charge back, thay have lost 2% of the sale in fees to their merchant services.

actually if it bears the visa logo it takes as fast as visa decides to take it. Once you fill out the affidavit it should be credited to your account within 24 hours. It should never take 30 days to credit back if the debit/credit card is issued by visa. (I work for a credit union)

Visa is 24-48 hours... it depends on the issuing bank to show the credit... The 1st 6 digits identifys the bank. When I'm back @ the office, I'll gladly post the usual suspects. -One that come to mind is BB&T

FYI all, called my company on Oct 1st (2nd time) As they said before this that they had to give the company 30 days to credit my card.

Anyway they are supposed to send out a form I fax-back to them. Then they contact the merchant and apply my credit.

I have sent numerous more emails and left voice mails since I posted this topic. AND NO REFUND.

NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE. THE GUY IS A RIP OFF.

Sorry to hear that Ben. I just took a look at thier site. Although the site looks very professional, obviously the way they conduct business isn't.

I just sent them an email telling them "word on the 'net is they are a RIP-OFF, and not to buy from them", I also told them they should refund money and not just keep it, "because you just lost quite a few hundred potential customers".

Thanks

They did seem like very nice people, and I even sent him an email saying I was starting this thread and would retract any comments if I was credited.

He was recommended on another mustang site which is why I purchased from him.

I'm in the process of filling out my claim form, to little too late I guess.

I sent this on Sept 9!!!

Hi again,

It's now 1 week later. I haven not seen a credit yet. If I don't hear from
you by tomorrow morning I will be calling my Credit card company. Oh and I
posted this on the largest 05 mustang site:
http://forums.bradbarnett.net/index.php?sh...=0&#entry502459

If I hear from you, then I post accordingly, you seemed like a really nice
bunch of folks. But it should not take 3 weeks to credit my card back.
-------------------

3 Weeks.. LOL It's now 2 months later, after he said he was working on the credit!
