the car has been in the garage for about 2 weeks since we got all that snow, ice and rain. my beater is doin a good job of gettin me to and from work but today, since the roads were dry, all the salt gone, sunny...........had to take her out. seems like I wasnt the only one.

not many S197's but a bunch of SN95's and fox's. at one point there was 5 of us just crusin the street (even though i was the only S197 it was still awesome). then we broke up and i came to 2 fox's. one LX and one GT. the GT let it rip and gave all the other cars a facefull of smoke. i had to take off the TCS and i let that clutch out. i just saw a bunch of ppl shaking their heads in their little fuel friendly cubes ahahahaha. turns out the guy in the LX, his was a 4 cyl up until a few days ago. dotn know what he dropped in it but I ofcorse congradulated him. the GT, he was alittle more off the wall. def running rich with the non stop backfiring but still load as hell.

all in all it DEF was a good day to take the stang out for a ride. shes back in the garage until spring finally gets here.

 

I also have been seeing alot more stangs out. I saw another fox the other day. I've seen it several times before, but when he saw me(I was at a stop light and he was turning left in front of me) he totally floored it an the back end swung out! It was so cool to see that 5.0 like that! I just wish I had that much power! 4bangers suck!

Not here.We had a blizzard here this morning.Now the streets are nearly dry...come on sunshine! The folks on the west side of Denver didn't get diddly squat,just some wind.

 

yep here in ny (staten island) all the snow is practically gone, roads are dry and the sun is shining brightly.

but.........ofcorse they are now saying snow tomorrow night (3-7 inches wat the FRIG!)

 

Took mine out for the first time in 2 weeks. Roads were dry, but ended up with dried salt stuck to th rear bumper. I'm regretting taking it out now!

 

I got hit with the evil white stuff again! A whole ft. of it!

Here in the the Seattle area it's the rain, not snow that we mostly deal with. If you were one of those that won't drive your baby in the rain, it would sit a lot. My stang is only 1 1/2 weeks old, so I HAVE to drive it. But, I drive the 'ol truck to work when it's raining hard. I just cringe if I get sprayed by a semi on the freeway. My neighbors think I'm nuts cause I've already washed it four times! MAn I love this car! Good Driving, Carl

 

We had our first club cruise-in yesterday (Saturday) with 25 cars showing up.

 

Cool cruise meet pic . I have owned the fact that I have a Northeast Stang and it will never be a Cali car so I got over it and stopped wasting it. Good times
