So I had to get an oil change done on my wife's Jeep GC today, it is a combo Ford/Jeep/Chrysler place (Earnhardt's on Baseline & Rural for you locals). They claim they are the #1 Ford Dealer in Arizona, so you would "think" that they would be on a fast track for 05's. Well, no 05's but plenty of 04's and such.

Used car lot - 19 of the 1999-2004 Mustang variety (V6, GT, vert's)

New car lot - 23 (yes 23!) 2004 Mustang varieties (V6, GT, vert's)

I'm no dealership accountant, but I would assume the beancounters are in no hurry to bring in any 05's with that many older body style's sitting on the lot. :notnice:

My car dealer has about FOURTY 04 verts, Herts turn ins.Name your color combo. they are GIVING them away. OH- and they wont see an 05 for another few weeks. Why bother with ten tons of 04s sitting there nearly free?

be patient- look for one of those teeny rip off dealers- they seem to be getting them before everyone else.

 

Just check Ford Direct, there are about 20 (roughly) 05's on the way at various dealerships across the valley. They're just not quite here yet.

 

my 05 gt arrived on wed. the 13th, brought home on 14th, people r going crazy looking when i am on the road and stopping to look when its parked another local dealer has a v6 car
