less loud....? need advice
I just got JBA mufflers on my car, and I think their tone is great, but I feel that they are too loud. I know they are not broken in yet, and I will not change them until a few hundred miles. However, I am wondering if there are any quiter exhaust options (lol...when was the last time you heard a person asking for less sound?). I know JBAs are considered to be pretty tame compared to some of the others out there, so I am not sure where to go
Thanks guys

I have the Flowmasters. They have a mellow rumble at idle and get loud when you get on it; but I'm always careful near law enforcement. They're also cheaper than other systems.
The downside of the Flowmasters is the type of materials used. Even though they're guaranteed for 10 years, I can see rust forming around the welds and pushing through the paint. I don't think you would see that with a true stainless system.

and if they do rust in 10 years, I'll kick the $200 and change for a new set... no worries!
also, just gotta say........too loud should never be a problem with this car
Btw, the previous owner installed these on my car.
Personally, I like the 2007 Shelby GT Mufflers. The tips look great, major improvement over the stock tips and the sound is a bit throatier than stock. Definitely not as loud as the JBA.
