Leather Seat Repair
I know this post is virually useless because I have no pictures yet, but I figured I'd throw it out so I can start looking at any options I may have.
I have a 2006 Stang with the Red Interior. So that means I have the red leather seats with the side air bags. Today I noticed on my passanger seat I have some screatches/scuffs and a small almost tear(doesn't go all the way through) in the side of the seat. It looks as if most likely it happen while someone was sitting down because it's a downward and in pattern to it.
Anyone have any experiance in repairing leather seats and can point me towards something that might help fix it? I know with out a picture of the actual problem it's impossible for anyone to really help me, but I'd just like to get an idea of products that people had good luck using. I don't even want to guess what it would cost for a new seat, if I can get it back close to 100% I'll be happy with it.
Thanks for any help!!

I have seen repair kits for leather but have no personal experience using them. I have the red leather in my 05 and after about 18K miles, there are what I call wear streaks from use. If there is an actual tear, you might want to check with a reputable uphostery shop. Keeping the leathers pliable by using a conditioner will help prevent cracking, etc

Take it to a quality auto upholstry shop. They can replace the single panel that is ripped with a matching leather or vinyl (most of the leather seats are actually vinyl) and the repair will cost far less than you might think. Twice I have had a similar repair done and was less than $100 each time.

Try to get the seat repaired by your dealer under warranty. Or maybe they can do it for a small cost or recommend someone if you can't figure it out. Self repair kits are messy.
