I am just worried that my car, which should be built in the next few weeks, is going to be built by some angry, ticked off Ford employees because of the planned plant closures and layoffs. If the mustang factory is anything like places I have worked in the past, when the employees are not happy, quality suffers. I hope that is not the case, or are the closures and layoffs not really that big of a deal to them.

If anything, I'm sure that they would be happy having avoided the chopping block. I did the tour there a couple weeks ago and the vibe around there seemed to be one of people busting their hiney even more so that the Mustang would stay there. According to the guide, they worked very hard to get the Mustang built there and I wouldn't think that has changed.
