Keyless entry not working

Hey everyone I'm new to the forms so I hope I am doing this right haha. I was looking around on these forms everywhere to make sure this wasn't already talked about but I couldn't find anything that was exactly like my problem or that had a solution, so if I missed it somewhere I am sorry lol. I have a 2007 mustang GT, with a 5 speed manual that I bought when I was 17 and am now 18... I have been doing tons of things to modify it and so on but lemme just get to the point lol. For sometime now my keyless entry has barley worked and when I say that I mean it will only work if my remote is pushed up against the glass pointed directly as the SJB... I believe that's what its called on the passenger side down below the dash near the door. I can't seem to figure out why it wont work from any range at all like it use to. I have 3 different remotes and have tried reprogramming them all along with putting fresh batteries in all remotes and nothing has worked, I have also disconnected the battery to let it sit and still nothing. Does anyone have any answers or things I could try to get my keyless entry to work at a distance other than right up against the glass? If it comes down to replacing the SJB I will just keep using my key to get in because there are other things that I would rather buy for the car haha. I do all my own work to the car like valve cover gaskets, coolant leaks, brake pads, rotors, calipers etc. etc. So what ever yall got let me know and I will try it out! Thanks a ton I look forward to hearing from yall!

First off welcome!
Second, could you mention all the electrical work you have done to the car?

I have this issue with mine, but it only happens in the winter. It doesnt like the cold.

Hi thank you! and yes sorry I should have put this in the beginning, the only electrical things I have done are a new stereo and speakers. But I did have an electrical issue where my car kept blowing the ignition fuse and I couldn't figure it out so I finally took it to a shop and they ended up fixing it after taking the whole wiring harness out and taping the wires (because at the time I couldn't afford a new harness) and it has been fine since. Is there an antenna wire that may have wiggled loose?

Ain't no damp clothing laying on top of the module is there?

Reason I say that is many a fellow has found all sorts of problems to originate with a pair of mislaid damp undies.
