Man I love this forum. I'm headed down to my dealer to order the 06 with 18" blades at Xplan. I now have more info than I think he does. He's telling me 06 pricing is not out yet.

Would there be some mention of x-plan on the DORA? I never got a VOC from my dealer, he had the DORA for me the day after I ordered the car.

 

If they won't, cancel your order with them and find another dealer. They basically just put you in their pocket to save for a rainy day.

 

I ordered a 2006 V6 Mustang Convertible about 2 weeks ago. I have a priority number of 11. 2 questions. Is it possible to have a priority number below 10? When can I expect to receive my VIN#?

 

I think people who get priorities lower than 10 are celebrities, heads of state, big fish.

 

I called the evil robot lady yesterday and she said I was clean and unscheduled, today (I know I am pushing it) she said there was no information, should I be worried???

 

I got bumped from a 05 and had to reorder a 06. I went to my dealer so he
could reorder on 6/29 and didn' get a DORA until 7/13. Anyone know why it
took so long to get a DORA? Also it seems from what I am reading here the
people who got bumped from a 05 order are not getting priority to get their
06's built. No build day yet but the dealer said I sould get one within the next
two weeks

I figured it out, on the body style of T82, the phone babe thinks I am saying TA2. I tried many times and she cant understand it, she understands the dealer code, and the order number, but has troubles with the body style.

 

Ford does not care, the priorities are the dealers responsibility, most likely you won't get a priority under 10, but, the dealer can also submit your order before others since you waited so long.

 

Just got back from the dealer. Ordered an 06 GT Redfire. X-plan price of 24606. Holy Cow i cant wait. WOOHOO!!!
