I'm locked in for production the week of Aug. 1!!!!! The long wait is almost over! I've seen so many GT's on the road near my home that I started thinking they were taunting me in some sadistic way. No matter, mine will be here soon.
Thank you to everyone who answered my sometimes silly questions. I may have more once my new toy arrives.
Cheers,
Jon

Jon,
Curious - what's the last 3 or 4 digits of your VIN. I know they're not produced in order, but I'm 607 and was 8/1 to start but then moved back to 8/8... I know they will get some built on Friday and Saturday 8/5 and 8/6. That's assuming they will keep up the Saturday work day. Wonder if that puts me on a Monday build day... not sure if I like that...

Andy, do a search for the phone #; it is in the forums.
You'll need your model year, 5 digit dealer #, your order #, and your body code (for example T85).
Supposedly you can also use your VIN, but the chances of the ERL actually understanding your voice through the 17-digit VIN is pretty small.

I wonder just how many can roll through the assembly line in a day?

If they can make 192,000 in a year at this one plant, that means (counting weekends and holidays) 526 roll each day. Since they don't work every day of the year, that means the number each day is even higher!
